Refund policy

 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear image of the item (if damaged or wrong item)

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Share the return address

  • Provide a return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Send instructions on packaging and dispatch

❗ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Innerwear or personal wear categories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Used or damaged items

 

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color?

We recommend:

  1. Returning your original item

  2. Placing a new order once the return is approved

This ensures faster and smoother processing.

 

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review and send a free replacement or refund, depending on the case.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

If more than 15 days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
